SOUND workshop
£30,- investment
Join an afternoon of creative exploration with your senses and discover the power of sound and stillness for your everyday needs.
London moves fast. This 90-minute session in E17 is a rare chance to stop — no apps, no screens, no performance. Just you, your breath, and some extraordinary sound.
I'm Ambar, your local sound healing therapist. Sound and stillness changed how I navigate life in this city, and I want to share what I've found — through my dear Tibetan singing bowls and 32" gong that you'll feel as much as hear.
Here's what happens:
First, we land in the space with movement and in the body with a guided visualisation.
Then, you'll lie comfortably on a mat while I guide you through a simple breathing practice.
The bowls and gong do their work for further exploration— layers of resonant sound that help your nervous system settle, and your mind wander somewhere quieter. Most people feel deeply rested. Some feel moved or inspired. A few fall asleep (that's fine).
The fun bit. After each experience, we take time to integrate in creative ways.
What you'll leave with: Rest. A clearer head. And a simple toolkit to return to that stillness and reflection on your own.
No experience needed. Just bring a curious mind and comfortable clothes.
Breathe. Listen. Discover.

Living in London and being a woman of colour made me see the importance of being aware of intersectionality in wellness and healthcare.
My training lies in embodied social justice, decolonised, trauma and client-led therapies. I study systems of oppression that make our lives hard at times and weave this into my group and individual sessions.
My mission is to empower the people I work with to remember, (re)connect to themselves and others so that they can cultivate a sense of agency in their lives.
Healing, transformation and discovering newness can be intense, but I guarantee the process will be enjoyable with a tear. Scroll through the testimonials here.
I have experienced wild rides in life, and nothing is too crazy for me. You will never be too much for me. Schedule your chemistry call here. -
