Transform with raging fire.
Move graciously with the wind.
Flow or disrupt like water.

Not to be afraid or distracted by things that don’t exist. 
Falseness, created for us to collectively believe in and conform to.

When in full presence, I’m with my heart, my body, my breath in stillness.
Real, raw, harsh, radical, loving, messy, accepting and forgiving. 

When I witness and hold, I see all of you. 
The past, the present and the future.

Moving from amnesia, to dreaming, to alchemising.
