SOUND workshop
£30,-
Join an afternoon of creative exploration with your senses and discover the power of sound and stillness for your everyday needs.
We have a hard time switching off, leaving us with fewer dedicated moments of me-time, rest or the exploration of our inner world, our source of creativity and clarity.
Sound and stillness have been groundbreaking for me when I was catching up with life, and I am keen to share my lived experience with you.
I will guide a visualisation, breath work and sound bath as resources to tap into a world yet unknown. My Tibetan singing bowls help you settle, and my dear gong will guide you to deeper exploration.
Leave with curiosity, clarity, rest and a kit for a balanced life in London.
No experience needed.
My invitation: Breathe. Listen. Discover.

Living in London and being a woman of colour made me see the importance of intersectionality in wellness and healthcare.
My training lies in embodied social justice, decolonised, trauma and client-led therapies. I study systems of oppression that make our lives hard at times and weave this into my group and individual sessions.
My mission is to empower the people I work with, for them to remember, (re)connect to themselves and others so that they can cultivate agency in their lives. -
You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days.
