Humanhood Infinite

An Instagram ad for Humanhood Infinite at the new Sadler’s Wells in East intrigued me to book tickets for myself and two friends. My intention for 2025 was to get inspired by movement, dance and theatre as a way of creative expression.

Little did I know that the concept of the performance was right up my alley. The piece I desperately wanted to be part of (saying this as a former dancer) was inspired by the practice of meditation, African Dance, yoga and Chi Gong. The body was seen as a portal to the unknown, where infinite possibilities emerge.

Gentle movements of flow reminded me of how fluid we need to be in our field of consciousness “I”. To access our Super Consciousness, as mentioned in Assagioli’s Psychosynthesis Egg Diagram.

Staying rigid in our ways of being and viewing our identity as something constant would stand in the way of reaching our full potential in the Super Consciousness.
